RETURN POLICY

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.

After that, you will receive a return form and instructions.

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

The value of returned products will be refunded within 14 calendar days to the account provided by the customer.

IMPORTANT RETURN CONDITIONS

A product can be returned only if:
    •    it has not been worn, washed, or ironed;
    •    it shows no signs of use (including makeup, stains, etc.);
    •    it is not torn or damaged;
    •    all tags are attached;
    •    the packaging is preserved in commercial condition;
    •    the product includes a hygiene seal (where applicable).

If these conditions are not met, FRAGOLA BIKINIS Ltd. reserves the right to refuse a refund and return the product to the customer.

SWIMWEAR RETURNS

Due to the nature of the product and hygiene considerations, FRAGOLA BIKINIS Ltd. reserves the right to refuse returns of swimwear upon customer request.

This policy is implemented to ensure high product quality and protect all customers.

In case of a defective product or an incorrectly shipped item, returns or exchanges are possible following the procedure described above.

CLAIMS

The customer has the right to file a claim in the following cases:
    •    manufacturing defect (identified upon delivery or within 14 days);
    •    incorrect item received.

In these cases, delivery costs are covered by the Seller.
