DELIVERY TERMS

All shipments are sent with an inspection option.

Deliveries within Bulgaria are carried out via the courier companies Econt Express and Speedy. The delivery cost varies depending on the terms and тарифs of the respective courier company.

Courier services for both delivery and return shipments are at the customer’s expense.

The standard delivery time is between 1 and 7 business days. Exceptions apply to locations serviced on a schedule by the courier companies. During promotional campaigns, delivery may take up to 7 business days.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Orders are processed until 14:00 on business days. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

If an order cannot be processed, the customer will be notified via the provided email address.
